Description:  How is this train related you ask? In the first half of the 20th century Glasgow had many locomotive manfacturers who exported locomotives across the globe and this crane was used to load them on to ships. A picture of this crane in action is located later in this album.

Description:  The Class 47 (left) belongs to Riviera Trains and had brought in the rolling stock for this evening's Caledonian Sleeper to London. She was built in 1964 by Brush.
